Susan Green established The Proof Of The Pudding after the birth of her fourth child in September 2000, as an enjoyable means to stay at home on the family's working farm, Heckley High House Farm just north of Alnwick in rural Northumberland. The tempting puddings have been flying out of Susan's kitchen as fast as she can make them ever since. With a life long passion for puddings, Susan has created her own simply sumptuous recipes for everyone to enjoy.
