| This charming stone-built house sits on the headland to the south of Berwick, with stunning views over the Tweed estuary and Spittal beach to the north, and Holy Island and Bamburgh Castle to the south. ation. The promenade and sandy beach is accessed down a private track from the cottage, some 5 minutes walk. A magnificent cliff top walk lies to the south.

The cottage is part of Seaview House, previously a farm but now a family home. The English Tourist Board four star accommodation is set out on two floors. Because this is an old building we regret that the doorways are not wide enough for wheelchair access . There are three double bedrooms (one double, two twin bedded) and a bathroom on the first floor. The ground floor has a spacious living room with a woodburner stove, there is a TV with DVD and video and a small music centre. There is also a shower room/toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and small freezer.

The garden patio opens off the living room, and provides space to sit out. Garden furniture is provided. A washing line is also available. There is ample parking for two cars. We also have space for the undercover storage of bicycles and surf boards. We have free range chickens in our garden and they may stray occasionally into the cottage garden.

The house is centrally heated throughout, supplemented by the woodburning stove. It provides warm and comfortable accommodation for up to six people plus a cot which is suitable for babies of 2 years and under. We also have a stairgate and a highchair. If you require these please mention it at the time of booking.

Please note that NO SMOKING is allowed in any part of the house and we regret that we cannot accept pets.

Bed linen is provided and included in the cost. Towels can be provided at no extra charge but please bring your own beach towels. We have two sets of linen, one waterproof sheet, and a blanket for the cot. Please let me know at time of booking if you will require these. Tea towels are provided in the kitchen and bathmats in the cloakroom and bathroom.

Logs are provided for the woodburner and there is no additional charge for electricity but we would ask you to use this considerately.
