Boat Farm occupies a great location near the town of Bellingham on the edge of Northumberland National Park and the converted barn is home to two superb holiday cottages each with a capacity for four persons.

The two cottages available are Heron Cottage and Otter Cottage. Both are set over two floors and benefit from oil central heating and a charming gas stove. Open plan living areas retain natural stone wall features with tiled floor and rugs and all amenities including television, video and music system.

Kitchens are fully fitted with fridge/freezer, cooker and microwave, and washing and drying facilities are available.

|
Heron Cottage has a downstairs bathroom with shower over the bath and on the first floor a double bedroom with wash hand basin and a gallery leading to a twin bedded room. Otter Cottage has a first floor bathroom with shower, double bedrooms and gallery with two bed chairs.

Bookings are on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday and prices start from £250 per week for Heron Cottage and £225 per week for Otter Cottage. All bed linen, towels, electricity and fuel are included in the price. Ample parking is available on-site and Boat Farm Cottages are open all year round and Dogs are also welcome.

The cottages are non-smoking. There are a great many activities and places of interest nearby and any stay within Northumberland in Boat Farm Cottages can be as peaceful and relaxing or fun-filled and action packed as required.
